Thanks guys.

I designed a course and I did not even think about fluctating OB areas due to water. Next time we hold a tourney I will be sure to mention and be clear about all of the OB areas.

I appreciate the huge and quick response on this subject. You guys and gals rock!!!

if its surrounded by o.b. water its o.b., if there was a dry path to it and no line drawn or string to show where the o.b. begins then it might of been in bounds. I remember one time i was on the verge of throwin my best score when my disc landed on a spot that was dry 99% of the time and in bounds but that day the o.b. water was up and even though it was completly dry on top of long grass the grass was completly surronded by water. I tried to tell myself it was i.b. but i wasnt buying it.
