So I finally got to throw my storm trooper axis today. Sitting at home wishing I could go throw it I liked the feel o it in my hand. The plastic really feels nice. When I apply pressure it gets tacky real fast. It's nearly flat, just an itty bitty dome.

Out on te course it did not disappoint. I was having buttery smooth releases with it, and when my form was right I was getting really nice lines with it. Oddly, my first axis, a 171 purple proton also nearly flat, was OATing over on many of my drives. Not sure why I was OATing that one and not the neutron or eclipse.

Anyways, after 22 holes, using all three axis on most of them, I am a fan of the neutron axis.

The 178 eclipse with some pretty good sized dome was a little more vectorish and difficult for my 300ft of power to get to go as straight as the other two.

I prefer my opaque proton (non-textured) S Ions to neutron and clear proton.

I'm going to assume the package contains soft neutron.

Those are the second-third-first run mediums, right?

Once again you only get half credit (for being the second to post) but at least everyone knows that you also got that email.

Neutron or Proton?

Ur thoughts...
I originally preferred soft protons for everything but lately I've putted with a Neutron Anode 172, drive a 175 Neutron Anode and 175 opaque soft Proton Ion. I think the grip on Neutron is perfect for putting putters but that will vary person to person. Best if you can feel them in person.

PS - Nice avatar

I highly doubt the Volt is ready. The packages could contain N Soft, or even N Eclipse.

Whatever it is it's not quite ready for retail stores.
