My FR IONs were neutral when I got them. They also had a huge, soft flash on the bottom, and removing that made them true understable. I use them for short turning shots, like this one hole where there's a ~180' tunnel after which you have to finish right, total length of the hole is about 200'. I usually throw my FR ION on a hyzer and let it slowly turn over. If I throw it flat it'll turn too soon and won't make it through the tunnel.

The Gyro in MVP's discs does not have as big of an effect as you are assuming in your example. It definitely makes a disc want to fly straighter, but as I said above it does not trump disc design. An extremely understable design would not suddenly be made neutral or overstable by adding 25% more of it's weight to the outside (I don't know exactly how much more gyroscopic MVP's discs are compared to similar designed non-MVP discs, but I'm betting 25% is a decent generality for this example). Also, I can say that I have Ions that started out straight and have broken into understable even though the weight distribution remains unchanged for the life of the disc. I'm sure they will have no trouble designing understable discs.

I hope you are right. I really like the MVP discs as far as design and flight go, I just do not have a spot for the ones out now. Vector seems that it might be a little more overstable than I would want in a mid, but the Axis sounds like something I would be really interested in if it is neutral. I probably could learn to deal with an Ion, but I have been more of a fan of the Magic understable putters with now the Summit probably being as stable as I would want to go. It has to do with my lofty putts I suppose.

After all that, I do like the overmolding and think it does give them a bit more carry and I would love to see the Axis, obviously; along with a fairway driver and maybe a production less-bead version of the Ion and I could easily see myself carrying 3 MVP molds by themselves.

C'mon MVP, rig this thing for me. You wouldn't sell any Ions in NC if it wasn't for me. Okay that's an exaggeration but I've done my part.

...win them before they hit stores...

How long before they hit stores? Long enough for me to break my sacred vows and return to Facebook? Or, not so long that I can't self-flagellate as penance for my unholy desires?

Freaking Facebook. I'm out. Bad contest MVP for us non-Facebook users. Boo hoo.

Maybe you should just send a couple free ones to all people that aren't on Facebook!!

But, it's OK. It would be difficult for me to give up my beloved Fuses anyway.
