The reason for my wanting to switch is durability. I have a organic wizard and a SSS wizard both about 1 month old. There both beat to hell and the SSS is out of round. Everytime I play a new chunk is gone out of one of them.

IMO true. going to try a soft but many spit outs and even bounce outs prefer the Lat. 64 Spike and Pure but a soft could change my mind. Hell of a disc and love the ION for drives, upshots and spin putts but was not a fan push putting...

I'm sure it's a great putting putter. But I'm so attached to the feel of my Wizards. Personally I just don't care for the premium plastic feel on my putters. But I did putt with it, and they did go in the basket! I love my Ion already.

And then after the Ion craze, most people will revert to Aviars.

Am I right?

I think I'd go with softs too. I like that gummy feel your talking about. Do thier mids feel the same way? If so I may grab one of those too.

If you can, find the run just before they switched to the candy plastic. IMO it's the best run they made. Opaque flight plate with smooth bottom. I need to get a couple more of them...
