Hazardiscs. Look it up on eBay. He's got a full line of MVP plastic.

Concerning the unknowns of our molding process and the rumors/concerns, I just wanted to help clarify a few things.

Although our discs are made from a two step injection molding process, they are chemically bonded to form a single union. The core and overmold are not separable, with no glues or adhesives used.

The overmold material is molten when injected around the core and physically melts onto the surface of the core. When cooled, the polymers are chemically bonded.

It is not possible for the overmold to independently rotate around the core or separate as previously mentioned.

So I was right then. I thought I had read that some time ago when the first run came out, but it's good to know for sure.

I'm fairly positive that this is just something that happens naturally when molded. It's definitely way to small to try to purposely have it on a consistent basis.

So when you claim separation isn't possible are you talking about total separation or do you mean even partial?
Because my vector has some very clear areas of separation
Although the areas are small they definitely were not there when I bought it.
If can ever get the flash to work I'll post a pic or two showing how I can slide a piece of paper between the core and the overmold.
