Griggs DGC is underwater

Just went to Griggs (Columbus, OH) to play a round. It rained last night for awhile, but I didn't expect to find 75% of the course under water. Of that, much of it is knee hig or more. I was wearing rubber boots, so I walked a little ways in and took some picks.
18th basket:

Fron the 5th tee pad:

From the 5th tee looking over the hill at the course:

From the same hill, looking to the left at the 17th basket. This basket is on top of the hill, which looks like its getting eroded pretty quick, water moving briskly over the hill here:

Looks like Griggs is going to be out of commission for a bit...
Now, to find another course to play today...

Holy F--k! I've seen it under a little water, but that is insane. I can't believe it is over the hill on 17.

We had the same downpour overnight here in central Indiana. None of the local courses should be THAT bad.? but we do have the O.K. for a course in a flood area. I would think it's not gonna be playable from March-May. Haven't played there in a while. Do you think it will be O.K. Or is a redesign possible?

Your best bet is probably Pickerington or unfortunately OSU if you want anything that's not going to be a total swamp. Maybe Glacier Ridge, but 10-14 are out at Brent Hambrick (and b, c, & d, will be swampland), obviously Griggs is out, and The Player's Course at Alum Creek will be under water in a few places as well.

Griggs will probably be fine once the water goes down, its right along the river so I'm sure this isn't the worst its ever been, probably close though. There is a small redesign in the works last I heard but unfortunately it will be removing the only three good holes, also happens to be the only three that would never flood.

I wear these it wet conditions. They also make looking for a disc in reasonable shallow water a breeze. Very comfortable, too...

Though i paid like $40 for mine on ebay...
