I would normally throw a Nuke around the right of the first tree trying to land at the base of the hill for an easy upshot. I have never birdied this hole in my 85 recorded rounds, and only seen one or two by other people. I have seen lots of discs roll back down the hill from people going for it.

Note: This hole has changed a bit. The concrete is drying right now on the new tees! The new tee is about 150' to the right of what is shown in the picture. They also trimmed the second tree so it is even more open. The new tee will play much easier than the picture above, and I might actually get a few looks at birdie!
that is really sad if the majority of players cant reach a 236' hole thats decently open. uphill or not. guess it speaks for the skill of DGrs in the area....

This is my home course, and this picture is inaccurate. We just poured cement this week for the tee pads and the tee is about 80-90' to the right of where you are looking in the picture. I throw a Katana when there is a tailwind and it seems to do the trick. If your ever in the north state you MUST play this course.

Come and play with me and jimbo and you will take that comment back. The last 5-6 holes really take it out of you.

RHBH a Meteor off the tee, thrown level to have it flip up towards the right to get around that tree, just following the yellow line.

I'm either going with a RHBH z buzz or z xpress to left coming back towards the hole depending on how much elevation there really is

i'm a rec player that can do 330' with consistancy... so your statement confuses me because from that picture i feel i'd be able to drop a disc in there... looks like this 240' hole would feel like a 310-325' hole because of the hill... but i'll take your word for it since you've played it.
