2011 Pro Worlds Project

Hey guys just wanted to hype something I worked on for Worlds this year. I Hope this helps those of you who are coming out to Santa Cruz for the first time as well as those who are curious to pick the brains of some top pros and figure out their thought processes. We've got a fantastic group of courses lined up for this year including the iconic DeLaveaga.

Check out The Pro Worlds Website or search user "2011ProWorlds" on Youtube to check out my latest disc golf project.

Additionally, feel free to comment or critique - I'd love to hear some feedback on what the average Joe Discer wants to see in terms of the future of video production for disc golf so chime in!

**should note scroll down to the post from 7/12 - the DeLa holes, not the pinto lake, though big ups to following up my project with more previews!**

bump again for more worlds spotlight - check out and feel free to comment/critique!

I'd like to also use this as a jumping off point so if you'd like to see more videos with our top level players speak up! Trust me when I tell ya the pros are just as interested to see the general reaction and what disc golfers all across the country want to tune in to watch.

Hell yea - I saw these on youtube a while back.. Great work!!! I likely won't be making it out west for quite some time, so if I sit real close to my monitor - it actually feels like I am playing DeLa

We shot it in HD so you can even put it up on the big screen for an even larger DeLa experience

If you do ever get the chance to come out to the Bay Area I'd be glad to show you around the courses as well!

i think it would be cool if you showed the "hole overview" , with mandos and OB marked, before the explanation. that would move you from a A to an A+

averys explanations were the best, very detailed. barsby seems like he wld be a blast to play a round with.

Thanks for the input - I do agree a map graphic would be helpful. I'll have to see what I can do since those would have to be made (DeLa's actual hole signs are old and not very descriptive/accurate).

It's cool to get in their heads and see how they approach their game. I told everyone to just relax and be themselves as if they were telling me how to play DeLa (in effect ignoring the audience/camera) so it becomes just an extension of how each person acts regularly - Avery and Patrick are more business oriented, Barsby and Don Smith are more goofballs, Jon Baldwin is easy-going and laid back.
