I don't know why you would think that player A would be punished because another player hit his disc. In every rule in the bool the throw or turn is over when the disc comes to rest on the playing surface, you have no control over what happens once your throw or turn is over. Good rule.

That's a very fair rule.

Likewise, you wouldn't want someone to knock your disc out of the chains either if they putted before you got there to remove your disc.

I played the KC Wide Open a few years ago. Playing Blue Valley. We haD just played up a hill, maybe number 9, the next hole played parallel back down the hill. A guy in my group drove a big hyzer and it actually hit the big hyzer upshot of a player in the group behind us coming up the hill? The discs both dropped straight down.. They both had to play hundreds of feet from where they would have landed. Incredible.

If 2 discs collide in mid air and drop in your court, both need to be caught to avoid scoring points for your opponent. Double touch rule is off at that point.

Oh wait, that's DDC.

I've seen a disc skip off another for an ace. Does the first thrower get some kind of assist credit? you know, like the 40 oz rule?

The 40oz rule? If you drink a 40 then get an ace Colt 45 gets 50% of the acepool?

Haha. The college club I was in had a rule where if you're drive lands on another's disc, you owe a 40 oz for "rent". If if it's after the drive, it's just a beer (no Budweiser)
