It looks like a sticker from PIAS...easiest way to get the sticker off is to let it soak in some water with just a bit of dish soap in it. After a while you can scratch the sticker off with your fingernail and none of the sticky residue is left

Alternative to that is to take it off, then use Goo B Gone to get the remainder off.
