I did give it a ceremonial tearing in half almost all the way through at the awards ceremony in front of the gallery.
That disc had helped me win several thousand dollars over the years from the moment I first bought it, including 50 bucks in a CTP contest when they first came out in which you got 3 shots at the basket for $5 along with your disc.
I always had a tradition of having Juliana sign it whenever I saw her at Events across the country when her signature had worn off - and as I told everyone who asked why I was having her sign this warped looking dirty piece of plastic i told them I have her re-sign it because it had her signature on it when I first got it.

It now hangs like upside down mouse ears over the in-laws picture in our family picture room much to the chagrin of my wife - who was told that since this was the "family room" my fallen family member was going to be displayed with the rest of the family.
story of the evening so far, thank you kind sir

My first KC aviar. I just started playing a little over a year ago and got it maybe a month after I started. It has been in my bag since the day I got it. It's starting to get beat up but it still has some good stability. It's almost to the point where it will hyzer flip to straight and hold it to the ground on an 80% throw.

I have a dark blue Star Shark that's almost 5 years old now. That's the oldest I can think of.

Lost most of my original stuff in a house fire. Recently found an old In flight bag that my bro gave me that had my first putter in it still. A soft polecat, a stiff polecat, and my old 8 time KC Cheetah from back in 97. Put the cheetah in my current bag for good luck.

Black Omega super soft 1.6 run, I took ten years off playing so it's not all that worn out.

I still have a firebird and an XD from 2000 when I first started playing. Then I fell away from the sport for 10 years but both the disc's are in my current bag.

Sorry about the loss of you XD. It will be a great wall hanger for all time though. At least you still have it for that and didn't lose it in a lake or something.
