Yup, that looks like an epic shot to me, nothing else flips over and glides like that that I've seen.

THats pretty sweet. Ive never tried an epic but the more I hear about them I want to. I throw over hand with some regularity, my thumbers almost always finish with a roll. I can only get about 200' out of one though. Do you have to have a crazy big gun to get the Epic to work right? Is it more technique or just raw power?

I'm about 6'0'' 145 lbs and I have cranked it out 500 feet. From a standing position on a hill (it's flat until a hill, I was about 6 feet up it) I threw over an open field and got 325-350 feet. It takes a lot of muscle but it also takes technique or you won't get it to roll over and flatten out. A couple of my longest drives with it I threw with my body almost parallel to the ground, and my arm perpendicular to my body upon release. I basically released it sidearm (I'm RHFH dominant).

LOL! Don't do it unless you are a supreme thumber tosser already. At least try somebodies out before you buy one. I've found either you can toss one correctly or you cant. In retrospect they are pretty cheap.

Takes a hell of an arm to do that with any disc! Interesting clip, i found myself about 2 minutes in thinking, why was I watching this, and then the thing of beauty unfolded before my very eyes!

Good lookin out for that clip!
