LOL, Miles throwing a scooby in that vid. Some people throw overhand over the top. Not so much because it is a good shot on this hole but to warm the arm up because the next 3 holes are way easier if you have a big overhand shot.

I usually throw a challenger on this hole. Great way to start a round with an easy birdie.

A buzzz or faster is way too much disc for this hole unless you can lob a buzzz out there and keep it straight. Also, those trees are actually pretty low as well.
