Yep, if the final total after discounts is more than $33, it will automatically give you free shipping.

I originally had about $45 worth of stuff so would get the free shipping but it was showing $5.55 for shipping so I removed the extra couple items I had in my cart since I didn't really need them anyway.

Hrmmm... Limitations of free software, I guess. If someone were to put in the comment area at checkout a note about the dgcr discount, I could always use the paypal refund feature for the 10% if it doesn't work automatically.
