Hey guys. Anyone able to compare a pure with a voodoo? I love voodoos but I keep hearing amazing things on the pure and wondered how they stack up.

From what I remember about the short time I spent with a Voodoo, the Voodoo has a taller shoulder than the Pure. The Pure is pretty shallow and flat, but the two do have fairly similar wing shapes if I recall correctly. I like that the Pure comes in base and premium plastic, that way you can use one for approaches and one for putting.

it's been forever since I tried a voodoo
and what I was able to do then as compared to now is not comparable so I can't actually say anything about the Voodoo

profile wise the Pure will look more like the Magic

the Pure is very straight and has great glide
it is neutral stable

Opto (and GL) make for great driving putters...fairly fast and far

the TM2/EZE are obviously less stable and flip up easier
have great grip and feel to them

What I mean is, the wizard feels more square, whereas the ion feels more rounded. Thanks guys.
I've used all three. The pure has a shallower rim and I like that for cleaner releases on putts and upshots.

How would you compare the stability of the pure to wizards and ions?

Pure is less stable than both of those discs, so it won't be as friendly to OAT or grip lock as the beaded counterparts will. That being said, the Pure is still an awesome driving putter and can handle smooth, clean power.

Best driving putter I have ever used. One drive with a ZL Pure and I was sold. Dropped all others after that.

Got my 4th ace and second with my opto pure last week and hit the basket yesterday. My approach accuracy has increased since these came out. Very easy to range and put under the basket

If only they came out with an opto sinus I would be set
