I need to post a pic or two of my opto pure. Been using the same one since delivery and it's now teetering between a 6 and 7 on the sleepy scale. Stamp is almost gone and it's got a slight puddle to it. It's pretty flippy now. Forget any bit of fade on a backhand approach unless hyzered nose-up. I've rotated in a Worlds GL Pure, but it's beating in soooo much quicker than the opto. I'm ready to rotate in a new opto.

FWIW, i've burned through 3 TM2's in same time.

Agreed 100%. This guy knows what he's talking about. I breathe on the Pure and the damn thing turns over... But I'm fixing some OAT issues and noticing that as I do the Pure flight gets more and more sexy.

Is there any difference in stability between colors? My only experience with Pures is a pink TM2, and I love it off the tee. I'm working on developing my backhand currently, and when I get it right, the Pure outflies my Wizards by at least 30'. I really want to try an Opto since it seems to be well-loved in premium plastic.

no difference between colours to my knowledge
but the Opto is obviously a touch more stable than a TM2

Honestly i find brand new TM2's to have more LSS than Brand New Optos. That starts to reverse quickly, however.

I got my Opto pure a few months ago, but I kept wobbleflipping it off the tee. I put it away and spent some time with a more forgiving putter (yeti). I pulled it back out and it's great to see that I've worked out most of my OAT. Anything with a reasonable ceiling out to 230' is covered for me, and I know it can do more. Now it's time to work on my release point consistency and predicting where hyzers will land, heh.

So if I'm getting a straight flight on a good toss with my TM2 (still fairly new), will I see a little turn from an Opto?

I really am amazed at the distances this thing is getting over my Wizards. I'm starting to try to find some room in my bag for another mold now!
