For casual rounds or casual tournaments there's no reason for dress code, but I do think that A-Tiers should have a dress code. I'm not saying every person should wear a single colored collared shirt either red blue white or black, but people should try to look respectable.

Personally, I'd wear more collared dri-fits around the course if they weren't 2x the price of regular dri fits.

I believe it just has to be "groomed", which is not defined in the applicable document.
