My Anodes did too. I've been playing with mine for just under 1 year though. Got them on release day.

take some fine sand paper and rub the rim down good, soften up the plastic a little, then grip wax the rim

^^ i have not done this ^^ just an idea

the wax might fill the pores that you created with the sand paper and make a more grippy surface, would be un-noticeable

Damn it looks like critical thinking and scientific reasoning are on the outs. At least Menacewharf makes sense.

I have a P Ion that has changed quite a bit. It's my driving putter, and has kicked the N Anode I used to use for that slot. It will flip to flat, I can get it to turn a bit when thrown hard, and it's money for approach shots. It also feels amazing; it's wonderfully grippy. I've paired it with a new P Ion, since I need an Ion that fades and pans out on shorter anhyzers like my old one used to. I love it.

This is after about a year and a half or so of heavy duty use first as a putting putter, then exclusively as a driving and upshot putter.

Ha. They're not made of diamond. They're gonna break in, just slower than most other discs.

My N Ions all fly a tick less overstable than when I got them. Especially my two stormtroopers, which I've had for a year.

My Ion(soft & opaque) has 2 years of heavy use and still has 0 turn, though it has a bit less fade.

Thanks. sometimes I feel like I'm talking to a wall around here which is why I don't always bother. Ok off to the backyard to go throw some mvp (and wizzards and zones). I was gonna go work on the last two holes on my course but the weather is to nice here to not play disc. 70 and green, dry and sunny is paradise. I'll do the work when it's nastier out.

i had a CRAZY chain out with my MVP putter yesterday at league, but now that i think about it, i have seen the same thing happen to everyone else occasionally.. whether it be dx aviars, magnets, challengers, etc.. i have seen it happen to everyone.

When i have a good putt it always stays.. when i have a putt that's just a little off and would usually stay in, it might take an unlucky kick or slip through chains, but that's not the discs fault.. i was a little off and thats the chance you take on a sub par putt
