181g Lat 64 Fuse, about 8/10 light ink in the rim. It has a really weird snowflake/bull's eye mark in the middle, definitely from the factory before being stamped.

Depends on how beat up/inked up it is, but probably between 22 and 30

I'm not very familiar with Lat64 and I wasn't sure if the snowflake-like stamp meant anything about a specific run or whatever.

Because it's the only GL Fuse I've ever seen that wasn't copper colored.
