Out at oswego, looks like #2, #17, and #18's basket are cut down... What's up with that?

Parks guy came through to collect the baskets/chains/tops. All that's left is a 12" tube sticking out of the ground. He said is was definitely vandalsim.

A different guy told us 2, 17, and 18 are also cut.

FYI.... I'm here right now and someone got very angry and sawed off baskets 2, 17, 18. Park district employee was driving around picking them up and I informed him there was a tourney here next week...hopefully they'll get fixed of well need some portables. :-/
