whats the hinsdale course like, is it any good?i will prolly play sometime tomorrow since i got the day off

My brother-in-law said that he was pretty sure he saw a crew of workers installing new baskets in the Skokie North Shore Sculpture Park east of McCormick Blvd around Dempster.

Anyone here have info on this possible new course?

Everyone that came up to me was excited about the course being put in. Granted they were about 4-5 dog walkers and a couple of joggers.

FWIW, I found the following "dog restriction info" on the Katherine Legge Memorial Web Site

March 1 through October 31
5 am to 9 am &
7 pm to 10 pm

November 1 through February 28
5 am to 10 am &
5 pm to 10 pm

Hopefully this info will also be posted on the DGCR info page for the course.

I heard about baskets on McCormick down toward Devon. Maybe they're putting in a course all along that bike path? :hopeful smiley: I'll be driving right by there every day this fall, it's 10 minutes from where I work.

I've only been on the weekends (and the mornings). They are usually crazy busy. However, majority of the dog "activity" is on the south side of the creek. I am not sure how much that side comes into play, if at all. Some of the dogs play in the creek though.

I don't think anyone on here needs to be warned or concerned about anything, I am very conserned about the other 33% of dgers though. It only takes one person to ruin it for everyone. It will be easiest played after 10am.

The basket are in with cement pads no sighs up as of yesterday.
Just south of Touhy. Park in the Dominicks cross the street you play south
to Devon Ave. 9 holes so far. Nice tunnel on one of the holes.
Some sculpture there but not in the way. Also a blind shot around bushes you
can't see the basket from T
