Why can't you drive with a Challenger? Why do you need a FLX Magnet specifically for upshots?

The beast is still up in the air. I have been using my Archon allot and can put a little bit if hyzer on it a laser beam it pretty good. Thing I like about the beast over champ sidewinder or valk is it is a little more forgiving it I turn it over it will come back.

The reason I don't drive with the challenger is that it is my main 20ft and in putter and I don’t want it to get chewed up. For some reason the challengers don’t feel right for power grips, and had a tenancy to catch on my hand.

Right now I am using about 50/50 Pro D Soft magnet and Crystal FLX Magnet for upshots. I like the added stability of the FLX Magnet and durability. Yesterday I crushed it into a tree that would have killed my Pro D Soft. I was using my soft magnets for upshot and drives but it was really getting some dings.

I am really hoping that the champ Archon has enough stability that it can replace my Beast and Surge SS.

I dropped the Z Surge SS and went with Star Wraith because I was getting more d out of Wraith and seamed like there was over lap with Beast/Archon/Surge SS. I dropped the Beast for Valk because I wanted something to bridge the gap between Leopard and Archon. I did find the most stable Star Valk I could. Really not a big fan of Champ Plastic for D drivers.
