Lol was a good idea... I tried the repeat dip of the same one to cut down on having to cut so much.... I use contact paper and I didn't know how to reseal the edges without burning it...

Also, I suck at cutting lol. I do enjoy it though. Also, didn't use the black long enough to make it black...

Is that just how jacquards black is? Or is mine needing to be replaced? The blue takes almost instantly and will dye into black lol.

I know its a dye a day...but what the hell, never to many dyes....

Eagle on Evo Sabre.

Gateways evo plastic seems very inconsistent. This one did not take the SC that well.

Anyone know if there is a difference in Gateway's Evolution Plastic and HPP plastic?

^ I have no experience with gateway plastics, but as a general rule the clear/champ style plastics will take much longer than opaque star or gl type plastics when using the SC.
Nice first dyes. keep up the good work!

Just out of curiosity - does the grape smell come from a "pre-bath" before the dip, or something else in the process?

I actually don't have too much interest in doing these types of dyes, but the mystery around the whole process intrigues me....I love a good mystery.

I'm staying out of the discussion, I told Jeff I wouldn't reveal the info he shared with me. The quoted comment shouldn't have been made, too late and too many beers is my poor excuse.
