When a keg of beer comes from the brewery there is a small plastic cap which covers the (Spout? Hole?
Opening? Beer Belly Button?). This cap needs to be removed to tap the keg and that cap is a really nice mini. It might even have the label of your favorite beer on it.

As to your question, how much legitimacy are you seeking?

802.02 Mini Marker Discs:
A. Mini marker discs shall be used to mark a player’s lie as required by these rules. Mini marker discs must have a diameter of between 7 and 15 centimeters and a height not exceeding 3 centimeters.

Exactly what is the diameter of a crushed Bud can???
