Probably an ion on a high hyzer should do the trick....depending on how steep the hill is. Maybe a buzz if its a bit flatter than it looks.

I think I'm either going throw the Ion on a slight hyzer or just throw the Z Zone straight and let it just fade in towards the basket.

Sugar Bottom is also my first disc golf course. I have a photo of this hole back when it was Hole 12.

Throw a TeeBird, fade into the opening, then skip to target.
