Ever try a Flying Squirrel? It beats all, IMO.

The core is sweet. Can be a bit touchy if you don't get the release angle right but it's sneaky long and straight. I love mine.

THE CORE IS A BUZZZ!

They are the same thing. a TI buzzz is a GL Core.

before the super technical people say, "No it's not"

The Core is 1/10 of a centimeter higher (which you can flatten right out) and the buzz is 1/10 if a centemeter deeper. The rim thickness is the biggest difference at 0.2 cm.

They are not. Although they are very very similar. When I first saw the Cores, I really thought it was an identical copy as well, but despite the mold similarity, they don't fly the same - enough to matter quite a bit, imho. Also, Cores have a bit more variation in them between plastics, so while a few Cores are much closer to a normal Buzz, most are not.

The only Buzz I have currently is a z-glow, but I've had a few in the past. I have three Cores presently. The differences are enough that I chose the Core and absolutely love it - and if Lat64 ever comes out with glow opto, my last Buzz will be taking a trip to the marketplace.

My Ti buzzz flies identical to a GL core. 2 buzzz discs will fly more differently than a core and a buzzz most if the time.
Can you really throw your lines identically every time to notice a difference? It is in your head.

My GL Core is more more like a BuzzzSS than anything. Flippy right from the get-go. I love it, but most Buzzzes in my experience have been straight with slight fade.

Have you only gotten to know one individual GL Core or something?

We all have our groove days and off days, but when I'm in my groove, yes, I can throw them with enough repeatability to see the differences. I do this a lot with groups of discs in field practice and safari/shot practice. If anything, the Core is closer to a Buzz SS, but I do have one Core that is more stable and closer to a Buzz...still has more glide and is easier to throw, though. That's probably the biggest immediately noticeable difference between Cores and Buzzes. They're close enough - along with a few other extremely similar mids - to put them in the same pigeonhole, but I don't see how anyone can call the Core a copy of a Buzz with any definitiveness as you did above. No worries, though.

Yeah and I carry 3 buzzzes that all fly different. Individual discs vary, but if I wiped the stamp of a TI buzzz (ignore the embossing) and the stamp of a gl core, you would probably not be able to figure out which is which.
