I'm pretty sure it is. Pictures appear to have the same rim thickness as most speed nine discs. I wouldn't worry about it though with Lat plastic a speed 8 is going to out glide most speed 9 discs from other manufacturers.

Thats how I felt, and its kind of a hard thing to guage. For me, i was watching the flight of the disc and it wasn't really screaming along, but it glided for a very long time. It looked a bit faster than the River but didn't start to slow down as fast.

I will know more soon when I throw them side by side with other discs to accertain where they fit in my bag.

Already anticipating getting mine. I emptied out my NutSac (it always sounds so dirty) so I could have an all Lat64 bag for a while. GL Flow, GL Saint, GL River, Opto Pain, and a putter to be named later. I don't have any Lat putters but I got my hands on a sweet wizard so maybe that.

Steeze, go Opto Pure. Takes care of a neutral mid slot in that smaller bag, too.

The race is on... I live in DFW. I bought a 168 GL Yellow from MST. Twenty minutes later I bought a 164 Opto Pink from DN.

Austin is a lot closer than the Boston area... tracking says I'll get it from Austin on Thursday. The one from MST is already in a sort facility in NH. No confirmed delivery yet from them. I think DFW is four days from everywhere.
