Your buddy is lunging way too far forward. He needs to stay stacked through the duration of the throw. When he starts to pull through he is already leaning forward (his head is also following his shot). Very similar to a problem that I am working on, but not as exaggerated as him. He needs to stay upright through the pull through.
Your first shot looked better, but the second was completely different.....you ended on your toes (which is bad) The reason you end up on your toe (right toe) is because if you didn't you would fall over. You also rounded quite a bit on your second shot compared to the first. I can notice how your are trying to stay on your toes on your run up, but you haven't solved any of your previous problems IMO. |

I don't think I lined up right on the second throw. Also I think my weight distribution problem causes more problems on anhyzers. Hopefully it gets warmer and I can convince my camera man to come out and throw.

dan i think you are collapsing into the chest too much. keep your reach back farther in front of you (closer to the left side of the tee pad). not bad though.. pretty solid for 3 years in.

Maybe we are having a miscommunication jrhawk, but having your head and shoulders leaning ahead of your right plant foot has absolutely nothing to do with keeping the nose down. All he is doing is losing distance by muscling the disc.

I'd like to see a professional throw example of a steep hyzer flip without the body being overtop the disc.

Im not referring to that.......Im referring to (21-23 seconds in the video) and the subsequent forward falling off the teepad.
Like I mentioned, I think you may have misunderstood me.
