Looks like production of EZE is going to be put on hold for 2013, and they will be running Zero again for putters.

Where did you hear this? I would be super surprised if they decided to go back to Zero line. It's expensive and it's not possible to produce most of their mids and drivers in (which was one of the big reasons to produce EZE in the first place). Don't get me wrong, if they are making more Zero, I may still have a chance to find more Black Zeroline Spikes.

This seems a bit odd. They certainly had plenty of it in stock when it first was released. Plastic distributor run out or something?

They weren't happy with the durability of the plastic, so they put it on hold and are returning to zero until they find a more suitable replacement.
