If you beat all the fade out of an olf / pd its around that in calm conditions I'd assume. Not my first choice for a hyzer in a 20mph headwind but it has tons of glide and should prove rather versatile.

Thank you for this. I appreciate the honest feed back of y'all preferences. It isn't an honest review if MVP just has 5 testers running around screaming "BEST DISC EVER, MAKES YOU ACE."

Honesty in a review makes it more believable, so thank you for that.

ZJ said it already, but to answer this directly, I wouldn't know... it's not something I think would be in either company's interest, and it was literally my leading premise to MVP in trying to set up this type of event.

In fact, I want those 10 test Volts used and abused before the giveaway. Also all the discs used will be uniquely marked from the event, in addition to their factory stamp. There will be no mint $300 Volt on eBay this Monday. Hopefully all 5 go into local bags.

I think that cmrichar should auction off a Vote or two on here. It would be fun to see how much they go for, like when he auctioned off those Proto Glow Ions.

This looks like a disc for me - more so than I thought after reading the first descriptions of the disc. If the turn in your vid is mostly due to wind, it looks really controllable and slow - like you'd expect from MVP's discs. The same headwind could exaggerate the impression of great glide, though.

I don't have any scientific proof but personally, the MVP's have been more consistent at different altitudes than other discs in my bag. With the decreased glide at altitude I've been consistently shorter with drivers since moving back to Denver. Also, the MVP's I throw (Anode and Vector) don't seem to flip for me like the other molds I throw when I first travel down to sea level. I'm pretty sure the Volt is going to find it's way in my bag.
