What minis take dye?

Anyone have any success with dyeing minis? Which ones were they? Also are the innova glo minis made with glo dx? or champ?

ive tried to dye regular innova minis and the UV minis and it didnt work BUT i did have great success with the star minis and the first run champion aviar minis. the aviar minis dye very well

discgolfcenter sells the mini aviars and clearwater sells the stars

a cool thing you can do with the UVs is mask something off and whipe them with acetone or let it sit in shaving cream for a while. when you take of the mask the part that touched the chemicals/SC wont turn pink nearly as fast or get as dark. kinda a neat thing, its like a hidden dye that only shows up in the sun

also i tried to dye some gateway minis, didnt work at all. im pretty sure the zing minis wont take the dye and the little flyers probably wont either. their plastics all seem to be the same or close in composition

also the innova sparkle champ minis from dgv take dye very well

I ended up finding a good stash of the glo champ aviar minis to suit my need. Will update when dyes are done.

I called up the http://www.clearwaterdiscgolfstore.com and asked. They have a stash of the glo champ avair minis but they are not listed on their site. $3 each and I grabbed 10!
