Getting closer...
I saw this yesterday, but I'm positive that Steve Rico said that they were the Patriots, not the rivals

Looking like the Patriot might come out before the Rival at this rate.

Oops totally my bad, you're right.
Maybe we'll see them both at the same time, how sweet would that be?

I'm starting to think they are going to kill the Rival as they seem to be having nothing but problems with the molding of the disc. I can only hope it's not so as I would really like to test the disc.

Well, maybe Lion will send us Patriots to test for him instead. Lion? What's the word buddy?

I am going to be running a Legacy Ace Race in March and my players are definitely looking forward to having a driver to use. I personally would like to see the Patriot but those who have been following along with me on this board are excited about using the Rival.

Yes, yes, shameless plug. I would not mind having an early release disc to help setting up the course and using it as a promotional tool.

It really sucks to wait but if the disc isn't what they wanted yet and there are issues I'm glad they are taking the time to do it right. I would rather see a great final product late than a crappy disc early. I'm excited. The Cannon is hands down the farthest disc I've ever thrown.I know they can pump out a good quality disc.

On our trip last weekend we had two proto Rivals... one was swirly and one was clear-ish. The clear one was way too beefy and hard but the swirly one was money. Everyone on the trip got to throw it and everyone loved it. I think we all got a sick birdie with it at some point!
