Hmm, interesting. Maybe a Nuke SS off the tee, Rhyno for the up, and Aviar for the putt. Or..
PD with a little fade to the right for a placement shot, Buzzz for approach, Aviar for the putt.

I'd probably throw a hyzer-flipped river, then buzzz, then Aviar.
