I do the exact same thing.

But I agree with the earlier advice about following through. I have the same issue of now always following through correctly. When I do, my discs fly much better.

I still don't know if these are serious or not.

Anyways, shift your weight to your front foot as you rotate. You are leaning back which accentuates the nose up.
