The pair I have is worth about $100.00 by that standard. You were miles off....

I think the beadless are the valuable ones not yours if I'm not mistaken

You are mistaken. The big beads were the limited test run from about 2 months ago, and they will not be produced. The bead less are the ones going to be the McBeth Caviar, and they're selling for substantially less.

This exact disc just sold for $46 on eBay. I've had a local collector offer me $80 for the pair, but I had already committed to a trade deal and let him know that I'd let him have them for that if it fell through. However, they're now on a trip to Canada in that trade deal, so no proto McAviars for him

And then you can go like 4 months back and have another proto mcbeth that was a putt and approach with a different wing on. But none of the 15 or so have hit the secondary market

What about Proto Glow Comets? Both 9.5/10, 175g. One has a silver stamp, the other a red holo stamp. Thanks!

UPDATE - Both have NO tooling on the rim. However, both have the same exact tooling on the bottom with patent number and location of origin, which is Walled Lake, MI.

the pink/purple with the bead are actually a mold and have previously been made so I don't know if they are truly valuable its kinda like calling an x-out rare and expensive.

Are those protos? I thought the first glow champ run was the Aliens Ate My Disc run.

that is correct but that was a really small run so people just call the ones with tooling on the 5inch circle glow.

50 for aliens

20 for any others only because DD has them instock atm for 19.99 with new tooling and same stamp.
but better for trading..i would give up a *D for one!

prices new
