What is this disc worth? (Part III)

Quick Question, I heard somewhere that the a Ti Buzzz With a left side stamp is considered "First Run" for the Ti line. Is that correct?

This is a pretty bad picture, but Im wondering about this Quantum QMS. Is it CE or newer? Its super gummy and pretty floppy but is still in good condition (other than how it looks) what is it worth, and is it CE? as you can see, it is ontario. but thats all I know about it.

It looks like the letters and the bubbles on the stamp are the same color? On CE they have two-color stamps, the lettering and the bubbles being different.

If it's gummy, it's not CE.
They did some single-stamp-color gummy "Appoved" QMS's, but they are not CE.
They also did some single-stamp-color regular non-gummy "Appoved" QMS's. Also not CE.

The gummy Appoved QMS's are worth a few dollars more than a normal QMS, due to people thinking they are CE.

I probably sghouldn't say they're worth more, but they'll usually get you a few extra dollars over a nonAppoved gummy QMS.
Gummy QMS's are great flyers, BTW.
They tend to be a bit more stable than the non-gummy ones.

Almost positive they ARE in fact CE.
