Vector the short, I'd probably do the easy thing and throw a river from the long, nice and smooth and easy.

Depends how high it is, but P-PD or Sidewinder from the long. Pro Rhyno for the putt for a lower chance of rolling back down if I miss.

It is a pretty steep hill. I would probably throw Valkyrie so as not to hyzer back down the hill when landing.
