Yes. Last year it filled up in a couple of hours. This year there are a few things in your favor. It's a three day event, it won't be part of the SoCal DG series (still a Steady Ed event, though) and we have room for almost twice the amount of players.

That being said I would still try to get registered ASAP.

2) Can I just pay extra if I'm not a PDGA member, or do I have to actually be a member?

There are 4 spots left for AMs.

You don't have to be a PDGA member to play. It just costs $10 extra.
