I replaced the chain w/ a carabiner... the thing doesn't come off at all and won't ever

I checked the P.O. Box on Monday and haven't received anything back. One guy managed to have his lost in the mail or something last time, ended up getting there after 3 or 4 weeks. You should definitely have received it by now under normal circumstances. If it doesn't get there in say.. 2 weeks PM me and I'll try to get a new one made for you.
