San Antonio: enough time for one evening round

In mid-September, I will be in town for business and will have time to play one evening after work. It appears that the best choices are similarly-rated:

• Live Oak
• McClain
• Universal

As a traveling player, when a few equally-convenient courses are rated about the same, my focus is upon ease-of-navigation (finding the course, transiting the course) and minimization of disc loss. So, of these three, which is easiest to navigate for a first-time visitor, and is unlikely to encourage disc loss?

McClain would be the easiest to navigate by far followed by UC and then Live Oak. Disc loss is going to be the same on all, with UC being the worst, IMO.

Where will you be staying? That will be a big factor. SA isn't the small place everyone thinks it is.
