I've played this hole several times. The drive is crucial as it is really difficult to ensure that it stays in the fairway or makes the bend.
I am rhbh and this is what has worked for me: Beat dx putter to the bottom of the hill, long fairway driver like a side winder up the fairway. Putter or Roc upshot depending on where my second shot ended up. Putt for par. The basket is also perched on a slight hill. The putt here can be a bit intimidating if placed long or short.
