Improvements (hopefully).

As I have been working on my form over the last 4 months, I would like to know if it has gotten better. I'm getting Ions/FLX challengers out to about 300-320ft, Wasps to about 350, avengers to about 400, and Nukes/forces out to about 470~490 on a full power throw. I haven't really gained any max D, but my max distance with slow stuff has gone up quite a bit. (i.e. wasps/buzzz/challenger) Anyway, here's the video. I linked two different camera positions.

That and everything from the first thread. Looks like you have only made compensations.

Uh oh. I don't want any more bad habits I just watched a Disc Golf Monthly, and I can see that i'm not using all of my body as I should be by watching the pros. Should I start from the ground up? Or do I have something I can actually work with?

Edit: Forgot to mention i'm throwing a 280ft hole at about 60% power.

So I have something I can work with, but I need to get some fundamentals down.

Erthbndr, that teepad is slanted downwards quite a bit. I generally do not pull from low to high.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

Just kidding,
If you throw at 1/2 speed you will be able to control your adjustments. If you want to compare yourself with pros watch how long they take to set up before pulling through. Most pros are much slower than the average casual player, even the really good MA1 types. You have the power, you have the snap, trust the discs to fly! You have spent considerable effort learning to throw far, now teach yourself to throw smooth.
But then again, I tell you that every week.
