Disc Golf Cruise 2013
2012 was canceled so now we are planning for 2013....who is going? We paid our deposit a few days ago....hell yes!

How does it work? We all bring baskets and set up a course at each stop? Could we set baskets up on the ship?

2012 was canceled because not enough people signed up in time for Carnival's deadline. The way it works is a bunch of us jump on a cruise ship sailing feb 2, 2013 out of Miami have a ton of fun. Carnival owns or leases use of a private island called Half Moon Cay. Sun King Discs brings disc catchers and we set the course up on the island. it is frickin awesome.
we did have some putting competitions on the ship (and maybe in the hallways late at night) search for disc golf cruise on facebook or email sun king discs and Cindy will get back to you as soon as she can bascially it is just a cruise that a bunch of discs golfers go on. and if you ever cruised before during the half moon cay port your excursion will be disc golfing instead of horseback riding or renting jet skis. once the round was over we had a putting competition (some guy named Jay and I were partners....guess who won!) and played catch in the ocean.....im hopin maybe this time we get a game of ultimate going.....

Too bad I have to work then. Working around school schedules has some disadvantages. Sounds like an amazing idea. We are planning another cruise and I was just looking to see if there were courses anywhere in the carribean that I should try to stop at.
