Sorry man, results are results... you did how you did, and that's all that you did.
Are you just pulling s**t out your a**. I said it was unbelievable that Anthon got 3rd having not playing this year and only practicing for the last month.

Well lets see by the stats of the previous 3 worlds in which Anthon took second in all three I would say that its a valid point.

What I was wondering, has anyone ever gotten a 3 on 888 before this? Like, ever?

I mean, it's practically impossible to reach the green in 2, so someone would have to drain it from distance to score an Eagle.

Right. Because Worlds is on the exact same courses every year

Coda Hatfield and Devin Frederick got 3s in 2007, Linus Astrom and Robbie Bratten in 2006, Justin Madore in 2005, Don Houseman in 2004. As I recall, they crushed drives all the way down to the area about where Ricky threw his third shot that went in. They parked their second shots near the pin and putted out for a 3. In those years it was regular OB or throw and distance rules not buncr.

it's funny you mention Madore and Frederick as the sentiment concerning this thread is "what's the big deal?" around these parts.
