None

We are taking this survey for our Engineering Class. We are going to be designing and devoloping a product. It would help termindously if you helped us out. If you just comment back on this Forum with your answers that would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck!

Disc Golf Survey
1. How much would you pay for a disc golf backpack?
$55.00 +

2. Would you enjoy playing disc golf, and listening to music at the same time? Why?
It would be nice for practice and solo rounds. Might be just annoying when playing with friends.

3. How often do you play disc golf in a span of one month?
depends on how much snow but I would say 20.

4. Do your friends enjoy talking during a round of disc golf rather than listening to music?
depends on how everyone is doing. Sometimes the darkside creeps in anger and music doesn't help that.

5. What features of your current bag do you not like?
its not double stitched and the material on the bottom is not beefy enough. Didn't come with quad straps.

6. Would you prefer two straps or one strap on your bag? Why?
two straps. It's easier on those longer courses.

7. How many discs do you carry per round of disc golf?
16

8. How many disc dividers in your bag do you want to separate your discs?
Don't care about dividers. Putter pocket would be key.

1. D, $45+ I think is reasonable for a backpack. Above $100 I'll start thinking hard about it.

2. I don't mind it, but I generally don't. If it's an MP3 player with a portable speaker, good. If it's the PA system at the ski hill where the course is located playing top40 hits, HELL NO.

3. 5+

4. I'd much rather have a good conversation during a round if possible.

5. It's falling apart Not enough room for non-disc stuff like snacks, towels, flashlight, sunscreen, bug spray, etc.

6. Quad-shock type straps are much better than over-the-shoulder straps. I'm using Brown Bag Company straps now and they're great. They're easy to get on and off and distribute the weight of the bag evenly over both shoulders.

7. Only about 15.

8. None. I've never understood them. They just take up space in the bag. I like having a putter pocket that holds two discs.
