lets see your glow bags !

Here is my glow bag. This is my walk around bag so I am very familiar with these discs for all rounds and not just glow. For tourneys I add a few backups and a couple more overstable drivers. And yes I putt with a black putter. The light shows through well because this used to be yellow so it is not black all the way through.

D'oh! Didn't consider the repercussions!

The 3M tape on the back of the light strip is extremely strong. If, after a few rounds, the adhesive starts to give, I'll sew small loops in the lining.

The flexible mirror is a great idea, I'm going to hook that up

I did the same setup and while the flex mirror is cool, it is not needed at all. The glow strip lights every disc in the bag up like Christmas.

I did however get a lot of people asking to put discs in my bag. Got fairly annoying after a bit.

mine was a starter innova bag that was falling apart, i trimmed a plastic storage container to fit in side the bad and used two sided tape to hold led strips and its holding pretty good so far, ive played several round and its still holding strong

here are some pics of my new tester glow bag
its a Samsonite cooler stool/backpack
it has a foil type reflective lining so it will work well with my big UV light in the bottom
it was on sale for only $17.99

hope it works better than my old bag (see post #26)

Since its winter here in Minny I decided to make a glow bag. To start I am using a 12v lipo battery. It was In a post earlier so were the leds. The plexi I had laying around. Score. This will be going in a Fade Cruch Bag. Here are a couple of pics. I will be making two panels with brackets on the ends. This will hold the panels together. My plan is to hold three to four discs in the Charge Box and keep all other discs outside the box. Then just cycle discs in and out. Getting hardware tomorrow. To be continued........

Here is an quick update. I soldered the wires for one panel. I will do a test run later today to se how bright it is..........
