Last weekend I played in the Legacy Ace Race in Portland, and picked up a Patriot in Icon plastic, and a Rival in Excel plastic. The Patriot will definitely be taking up a permanent spot in my bag, it has a nice feel to it, and I can shape a number of lines with it. I can't say it will replace something, as it will actually fill a spot that I was missing between my Buzzz and D1.

I'm really considering a patriot.. I hear it's a faster leopard which sounds awesome and I love the stamp on it.

Bamba Rico was the first person to give me a shot at a drawing a disc stamp several years ago, so I was honored and excited when he and Steve asked me to redesign the Excel Line.
A lot of work to design an overall look and 6 stamps all at the same time, but it turned out to be a challenging and rewarding experience.
Here's a look at the black and white artwork. I'll post the stamped versions soon.

Wow Patriots are nice. More stable than a Leopard but with a similar feel. hard to believe its a -2 turn, it is very stable. Also has amazing glide

I guess I will be spending more money soon. The artwork looks great. No Cannon stamp????
