I added most of the YMCA courses and did take DGCR member cordovafirebird with me on a lot of them. It just seems impossible to get all the ones he has in California. It took me forever to get 250+ California courses played, especially the ones way off the grid. I just added pacific coast trail to. Very skeptical for sure. It would be easy to check the private courses at snapper hill and pacific coast trail. Well I hope he jumps on here and let's us all know.

I like to think that people are innocent until proven guilty, but this is starting to look pretty shady.

Just my two cents, but looking at his played courses map is leading me to cry BS. It seems he went to every populated center he could find and just started clicking off courses through the nearby courses feature.

If this is indeed legit, he would have had to have passed through Kansas this year because he has this piece of crap course listed as played, yet there are much better courses that have been installed longer and are along major highways that aren't. I can't imaging a real course bagger doing this.

Who cares how many courses someone has played? Did I not get the email about whoever has the most courses gets some big prize or does it not matter in the grand scheme of things, just like it never has. Let him check every course listed on the site as played, why doe anyone care? He knows whether he played them or not. He isnt going to receive any benefit in life from marking courses played on this website, which by the way is probably only representative of a small percentage of people that actually play the game....sheesh people worry about pointless stuff alot....

Yeah, who cares about integrity when talking about accomplishments.

Lance Armstrong used PED's? Who cares. Barry Bonds used steroids? Who cares. Paul Ryan really didn't finish a marathon in under three hours? Who cares. Danny Almonte really wasn't 12 years old? Who cares.

He also has removed BOP from his list sence Birds poped up on here... Looking more and more suspicious the furthur we go into this. I've allready sent an e-mail to Bojo, the owner of Snapper Hill. If he doesn't get back to me by later today I'll give him a call.

But as for your comment jcrab66, in my mind this whole game is based off of integraty and honesty. If this guy is trying to make BS claims and take down the real people who have worked so hard to get where they are, then that makes me angry. I put in time and money to help 3 of the true 1000+ course people, reach thier goals. If he is willing to lie about this than who could ever trust him to keep score honestly? Or to be honest about if he got an ace or not.

Yeah, lighten up dude. We care or we wouldn't be discussing it. If you don't care, thats cool, but don't tell us how to think.

I agree. I don't think that it is pointless. Ben Calhoun holds a world record for most courses played. It's all well documented on discgolfersr.us. This guys claim would take away Ben's world record. I think that is serious enough to warrant researching it.

Surely you guys realize this website isn't the be-all end-all for number of courses played. I'm sure there are some old schoolers who have played 1000+ courses.
Guys like Kenny and Barry have been playing for over 20 years, I'm sure their numbers are at 1000 or more. Players that go on tour can knock off 10 or more new ones a month just playing tournament courses. The 72 in the 200 course category is exceptionally laughable. Most of the guys that I know for certain to be over this number haven't even heard of this site, much less ever tried to document them.
I remember being pretty gung-ho about playing new courses when I first started. I played almost 80 in my first year and I never even travelled more than 5 hours.
