Disc Golf Not Enough?

Good Disc Golf isn't enough to keep these college towns from the bottom of the heap. Of two listed, Ohio Northern in Ada has an 18-hole disc golf course weaving thru the campus and Albion (MI) has nearby Victory Park DGC (pictured) that was included in the 2008 Worlds and site of an 1100+ rated round by Matt Orum: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/1...#slide=1802088

I went to ONU. When I was there we had the distinction of being the college or university in the United States that was FARTHEST from the closest McDonald's. You had to go to Lima (where everyone looked like they were going to kill themselves) to get a Big Mac.

Hardee's and the University owned most of the land in town. I hear they have a McD's now, so some other college now holds that title.

Got dragged out to Lima once. Went to look at a '67 mustang. Lifted the hood, saw more rust than steel, got back in my car and drove back to Indy without speaking to a salesman. Fun trip. :/

Kirksville, MO has to be the worst college town.
It boggles my mind how it's not on this list.

Chestertown, Maryland in my opinion is the worst college town. The nearest mall was Anapolis, MD and it was a hour and a half away. I mean there is nothing to do in that damn town at all. The movie theater had like 15 seats. The only thing redeeming about the entire town is the dive bar that was just at the end of campus. Had great drink specials....10 cent drafts and would throw these caps tournaments that lasted all night long well past closing time. Plus the walk back from the bar through the cemetary was always hilarious.
