I posted this in the other thread, but this would be shift from a related to a competing service line with respect to the products DD carries. I would expect to see more than a single disc in their lineup to be able to hit the ground running vs. the other big boys on the block.

I can't imagine a major manufacturer would stop supplying DD though. In the end, DD is one of the top online retailers and to pull your lineup because they've started molding a few of their own discs will present a bigger loss than going head-to-head with them on their own site.

As it is, they're in tight with Discraft anyway which hasn't stopped Innova from selling there.

That said, it seems pretty likely that Discraft is actually doing the molding of these discs.

Does no one think this might end up being a relationship closer to that of Innova and Discmania? Where Discraft does the mold set up and injections? Seems likely to me.
